Numbers Deep Dive Group
This Mastermind Group is a once a year, 2 day deep dive into your financials with a small group (max of 6 people.) We will review your P&L and Balance sheet. We will look at your job costing, diving into equipment and Labor costs, overhead, and the burdens that go with them. We will look at markup and margin on bids, and compare estimated vs actual. This mastermind peer group is for the construction business owner or manager who wants to take an in depth look at their numbers and see how others in their industry compare.
